Agency Boost Center
Terms of Service
These terms are a binding agreement between you and Agency Boost. By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Agency Boost Center, you accept them in full.

1. Acceptance of these terms
Accessing the Agency Boost Center means you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Accessibility Statement. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not access or use the platform.
If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company to these terms, and "you" includes that company.
2. Eligibility and member accounts
Accounts are issued to named individuals and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
Notify us immediately at info@theagencyboost.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
3. Activity is recorded and reviewed
The Agency Boost Center is a monitored coaching environment. All activity on the platform is recorded, associated with your account, and available to Agency Boost staff, coaches, and administrators so they can support you, measure progress, and protect the platform. This includes, without limitation:
- Pages, lessons, workshops, and tools you open, and the time you spend in each.
- Content you enter, upload, or generate — CRM records, financial figures, notes, templates, and files.
- Messages and prompts exchanged with the AI advisor, practice simulators, and call reviewers, along with the responses returned.
- Call recordings, transcripts, and links you submit for review, and the scores and feedback produced from them.
- Sign-in events, device and browser details, IP address, and approximate location.
- Workshop registrations, attendance, completion, and coach assignments.
By using the platform you expressly consent to this recording, storage, review, and analysis. Do not enter information you are not willing to have recorded and reviewed. Do not submit third-party personal data, recordings, or confidential material unless you have the right and any required consent to do so.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share, publish, resell, or redistribute program materials, recordings, templates, or frameworks outside your own agency.
- Share account access with anyone, including employees, contractors, or other members.
- Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the platform's code, data, models, or prompts.
- Interfere with the platform's security, availability, or integrity, or attempt to reach data that is not yours.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, harassing, deceptive, or malicious content.
- Use the platform, or anything produced by it, for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
5. Access may be suspended or revoked at any time
Access to the Agency Boost Center is a revocable license, not an ownership right. Agency Boost may suspend, restrict, downgrade, or permanently terminate your account and access at any time, with or without notice and with or without cause, at our sole discretion — including for suspected violations of these terms, non-payment, security concerns, abusive conduct toward staff or members, or discontinuation of a program.
Where a paid term has been prepaid, any refund is governed by your separate program agreement. Termination does not entitle you to continued access to materials, and we may delete or retain your account data as described in the Privacy Policy and as required by law. Obligations that by their nature survive — confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute terms — survive termination.
You may stop using the platform and request account closure at any time.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, curriculum, templates, frameworks, scoring models, and all related materials are owned by Agency Boost and protected by intellectual property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them internally for your own agency while your account is active. You retain ownership of the business data you enter, and you grant Agency Boost a license to host, process, analyze, and display it in order to operate the platform and provide coaching.
7. AI features
The advisor, diagnostic, practice simulator, and call review features are automated and can be incomplete or wrong. Their output is informational only, is not professional, legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice, and must be independently verified before you act on it. Your inputs and the outputs are stored and reviewable as described in Section 3.
8. No earnings guarantee
Nothing in the platform is a promise of revenue, profit, or results. Examples, benchmarks, and case studies represent the experience of specific agencies and are not typical or guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on factors outside our control.
9. Third-party services and partner links
The platform links to third-party tools and applications, some through affiliate or partner arrangements from which Agency Boost may earn compensation. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agency Boost is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to Agency Boost in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agency Boost and its officers, employees, coaches, and contractors from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your use of the platform, your content, or your breach of these terms or of any law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date and, where appropriate, notified by email or in-platform notice. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
