This policy explains what we collect inside the Agency Boost Center, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. Using the platform means you agree to it.

1. Who we are

Agency Boost operates the Agency Boost Center, a private coaching and operations platform for marketing agency owners and their teams. We act as the controller of the personal information described below. Contact us at info@theagencyboost.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, password credentials, agency name, role, and coach assignment.
  • Business data you enter: leads and contacts, pipeline stages, notes, revenue, ad spend, margins, KPIs, and uploaded files.
  • Learning activity: lessons opened, modules completed, workshop registrations, attendance, and progress.
  • Usage and timing data: pages and tools visited, features used, session start and end times, and time spent in each area.
  • AI interactions: prompts, messages, submitted call links, transcripts, and the generated analysis, scores, and feedback.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring pages, and diagnostic logs.
  • Communications: support requests, coaching messages, and email delivery events such as opens and bounces.

3. Activity monitoring — please read

The Agency Boost Center is a monitored environment. Essentially everything you do here is logged against your account, including what you open, how long you spend on it, what you type into the CRM and financial tools, and every conversation you have with the AI advisor, practice simulators, and call reviewer. Coaches, program staff, and administrators can view this activity in order to support you, verify participation, evaluate progress, and protect the platform.

By using the platform you consent to this monitoring. You should have no expectation of privacy in platform activity as against Agency Boost staff. Do not enter personal, sensitive, or confidential information that you are not willing to have recorded and reviewed.

4. How we use information

  • Provide, secure, and operate the platform and your account.
  • Deliver coaching, workshops, feedback, and progress tracking.
  • Generate diagnostics, benchmarks, scores, and AI analysis you request.
  • Send transactional messages: sign-in, password resets, session reminders, and program updates.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, sharing of access, and security incidents.
  • Improve the curriculum and platform using aggregated or de-identified insights.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent it to advertisers.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and secure sessions, plus limited analytics to understand how the platform is used. Blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in from working.

6. Sharing

We share information only with:

  • Agency Boost staff, coaches, and administrators supporting your program.
  • Service providers who host, secure, email, or process on our behalf under contract, including our cloud database and authentication provider, email delivery provider, AI model providers, and transcript processing services.
  • Legal and safety recipients when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
  • A successor entity in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this policy.

Content you submit to AI features is transmitted to model providers to produce a response. We do not authorize those providers to use your content to train their public models.

7. Retention

We keep account and activity records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, and security purposes, then delete or de-identify them. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, row-level access controls, role-based permissions, and access logging to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and not be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Residents of the EEA and UK may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.

Submit a request to info@theagencyboost.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the period required by law. Note that certain records must be retained for legal and program-integrity reasons even after deletion requests, and that deleting your data may end your ability to use the platform.

10. Account termination

Agency Boost may suspend or permanently revoke account access at any time, as described in the Terms of Service. Following termination, your data is handled according to the retention rules in Section 7.

11. Children and international transfers

The platform is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. We operate in the United States; if you access the platform from elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States under appropriate safeguards.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The revised date at the top reflects the latest version, and material changes will be communicated in-platform or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
